About the Presenter:
David Smadja, MD, was born and raised in France, where he completed his Medical School and Residence Program in the Department of Ophthalmology at Bordeaux Hospital University. Subsequently, he completed a Research Fellowship in Cornea and Refractive Surgery at the Cole Eye Institute, at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation with Ronald R. Krueger from 2010 to 2011. After completion of his research fellowship, he graduated from the European Board of Ophthalmology and completed a Clinical Fellowship in Anterior Segment and Refractive Surgery at the Bordeaux University Hospital under the supervision of Professor Joseph Colin. Currently, Dr Smadja is involved in many scientific projects in refractive surgery and in the National Reference Center for Keratoconus.
