Isaac Carvalho de Oliveira Ramos, Brazilian, Born in Maceió-AL, on 02th february 1981.

Clinician-scientist and surgeon; Clinical Director of the Hospital de Olhos Santa Luzia (Maceió-AL, Brazil); Member of the Youth Board of the Brazilian Society of Cataract and Intraocular Implants and Brazilian Society of Refractive Surgery (SBCII / SBCR - BRASCRS); Director of Information Technology of the Brazilian Society of Ophthalmic Administration (SBAO);

Collaborator in national and international books of ophthalmology with 13 participations as author, co-author, and chapters translations; Several publications as author or co-author in national and international ophthalmology journals; Several participations in national and international conferences through of papers, posters and videos.

Honors: The recipient of 10 prizes and awards as author or co-author, and his work has significantly impacted our understanding of the corneal tomography, corneal biomechanics and intra-ocular pressure.

* 2001-2007: Medical School at the Universidade Iguaçu (Nova Iguaçu-RJ, Brazil).

*2006-2007: Internship in Internal Medicine at the Hospital Universitário Prof. Alberto Antunes - HUPAA/UFAL (Maceió-AL, Brazil).

* 2008-2011: Graduate in Ophthalmology and Cataract Surgery Fellowship at the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro and Hospital da Gamboa (Rio de Janeiro-RJ, Brazil).

* 2009-2010: Traineeship in Ocular Trauma at the Hospital Municipal Souza Aguiar (Rio de Janeiro-RJ, Brazil).

* 2011-Today: Fellowship in Refractive Surgery at the Instituto de Olhos Renato Ambrósio and Rio de Janeiro Corneal Tomography and Biomechanics Study Group (Rio de Janeiro-RJ, Brazil).

* Today: Staff of cataract surgery sector at Hospital da Gamboa (Rio de Janeiro-RJ, Brazil).
